How do I request a price match?
For in-store purchases, simply present proof of the competitor's advertised price for the identical product at the time of purchase. Once your price match guarantee request has been verified, we'll happily match the price.
For online purchases, please email us at help@bloomsthechemist.com.au with valid proof of online pricing. We'll provide you with a coupon to use at time of purchase to receive the price matched product.
What proof do I present when requesting a price match?
You must provide proof of valid online pricing or a current catalogue price. Previous receipts will not be accepted.
What is excluded from the Price Match Guarantee?
Price match is not valid on products that are:
- Sold exclusively online.
- Available at online only stores.
- Available on international websites.
Price match is not applicable on products available at another store if the product is:
- Out of stock.
- Short dated.
- On clearance or discontinued.
- Part of promotional offers ie. 50% off of Buy One Get One offers.

Blooms The Chemist will price match any available product under the following terms and conditions:
Maximum purchase quantity of 3 of each product.
The customer will need to provide proof of valid online pricing or current catalogue, Previous receipt or box will not be accepted.
Price match is not valid on products that are:
- Sold exclusively online.
- Available at online only stores.
- Available on international websites.
Price match is not applicable on products available at another store if the product is:

For online purchases, the customer must email Blooms The Chemist at help@bloomsthechemist.com.au with valid proof of online pricing. Blooms The Chemist will provide the customer with a coupon to use at time of purchase to receive the price matched item.
A current prescription is required for prescription products. Customers must always read the label and seek professional medical advice if conditions persist.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Government subsidised prescriptions cannot be discounted by law. Subject to availability.
