Mix 33g or 2 heaped tablespoons with 250ml of skim milk. Shake well before drinking. Drink immediately after preparation. Up to 4 milkshakes may be consumed per day. Shakes mixed with water should only be had as a snack. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and moisture.
