Once recieved our online Pharmacist will review this information and then perform a quick phone consultation before the medicine can be supplied.
If this medicine is not right for you, our Pharmacist may recommend an alternative or provide you with a full refund.
Yes, you can. Upon checking out, you can order medicine for family members by creating a patient profile. You can create multiple patient profiles for friends and family.
We can only supply one of each Pharmacist only medicine item per transaction.

Pharmacist only medicines require a Pharmacist consultation before they can be supplied.
Our Pharmacist will contact you to discuss the medication you ordered, which is a quick phone consultation, before proceeding with your order.
After the consultation, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
After your order is reviewed and approved by our Pharmacist, it’ll be shipped through Australia Post.
All Pharmacist only medicine orders require a signature upon delivery to the address you provide, adding another security layer to your medication order.
If you’re not home to sign for your order, it will be sent to your local post office for collection.
Due to the nature of the product, Pharmacist only medicine items are unable to be refunded for change your mind.
