Directions for Use

Read pack insert before use. Suitable for smokers who have their first cigarette of the day more than 30 minutes after waking up.

1. Place one lozenge in your mouth.
2. Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically.
3. Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day. Over time, you will be able to reduce how often you need a Lozenge.

• Week 1-6 Have one lozenge every 1–2 hours Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period.
• Week 7-9 Have one lozenge every 2–4 hours
• Week 10-12 Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours

To help you stay smoke free while you seek to quit or reduce, take 1 nicotine lozenge in situations where you are strongly tempted to smoke.

Ingredients

Contains -Aspartame -15mg of sodium per lozenge, which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. -15.42g of mannitol per 15 lozenges which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
