Directions for Use

Children 6 – 11 years of age: Slowly suck 1 pastille every 4 – 6 hours when necessary. Maximum 6 pastilles in 24 hours. Only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Slowly suck 1 – 3 pastilles every 4 – 6 hours when necessary. Maximum 12 pastilles in 24 hours.

Do not use:

• in children under 6 years of age.
• in children aged between 6 and 11 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
• if you are taking or have taken in the past 14 days a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, or an antidepressant.
• If you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed.
• with other medicines intended to treat the symptoms of the common cold except on the advice of a healthcare professional.

The maximum adult daily dose (12 pastilles) at least 10.2 g of maltitol and 0.8 g of sorbitol. Products containing maltitol and sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Ingredients

Each pastille contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate 10.5mg.

Contains saccharin and maltitol.
