All healthy ears produce ear wax, which forms a protective coating around the skin lining the ear canal.
The amount of ear wax produced varies from person to person and doesn’t need to be removed unless it is obstructing the ear canal, has caused dulled hearing or caused itchiness or discomfort.
Cerumol Ear Drops are an oily preparation for the treatment of obstructive ear wax. Cerumol loosens the hard wax and makes removal easier.

Directions for Use
Adults, elderly and children over 1 year:Wash and dry hands before use. Tilt headsideways with the affected ear facing upwards.
Avoid touching the ear with the dropper. Usingthe dropper, place 5 drops of oil into the ear, then gently massage around the outside of the ear. Never insert the dropper or any solid object into the ear. You may experience a harmless tingling sensation as the liquid enters the ear.
Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum by keeping the head tilted then use a tissue to wipe away any surplus product that runs from the ear. Repeat in the other ear if required. Use the drops twice a day for three days.
Children under 5 years: Younger children should have their ear wax problem diagnosed by the doctor before treatment with Cerumol Ear Drops commences. Treatment of young children (under 5 years) should be under medical supervision of the doctor or nurse.
