Delivery fees

● Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75, or $8.95 flat rate for orders under $75 Australia wide.

● Express Shipping: $4.00 on orders over $75, or $12.95 flat rate for orders under $75 Australia wide.

● Same-Day Delivery: $14.99 flat rate in select locations.

● Click & Collect is available for free at all Blooms The Chemist Stores.

Delivery timing

Our team works quickly to process orders, and we partner with Australia Post to deliver them as soon as possible.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order before 11am, we will usually send it out the same day. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched on the next business day.

● Standard shipping orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days for metro areas.
● Express shipping orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days for metro areas.

● Same-Day Delivery orders placed before 12 PM (midday) will arrive same day. Orders places after 12 PM will arrive next day.

*Shipping to regional and remote locations will vary and may take longer.

*Please note we do not ship internationally.

Authority to leave

For most orders, Authority to Leave is the default. This means that if no one is home, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe and secure location at your address. If a suitable place isn’t available, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office or collection point for collection.

Some items do require extra care. Pharmacy-only products and all orders over $500 will need a signature on delivery to make sure they reach you safely.

For added convenience, we also deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers and PO Boxes, so you can collect your order at a time that suits you.

Same-day delivery availability

Same-Day Delivery is available for select locations. To check Same-Day Delivery availability for your location, enter your address at checkout or during ordering.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code. You can check the status of your order here using this code, or contact our team at help@bloomsthechemist.com.au if you’d like help with tracking.
