With its active ingredient Oxymetazoline, Vicks Sinex effectively reduces sinus pressure and shrinks swollen nasal membrane with just a few sprays in each nostril.
Directions
Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, depress the round tab firmly several times to prime the metering pump. Hold bottle with thumb at base, nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert spray nozzle in nostril, depress pump 2-3 times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply to relieve congested nose. Adults and children over 6 years, 2-3 sprays up each nostril, twice daily, morning and evening.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Treatment should not exceed 3 days. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, unless directed by a healthcare professional.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. This product may cause temporary discomfort such as nasal irritation. Discontinue use if you experience symptoms of allergy, or if irritation is severe or persists. The use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
Ingredients
Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v. Benzalkonium chloride 0.02% w/v and chlorhexidine gluconate 0.05% w/v, as preservatives.
