Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily.
Warnings

– Equivalent to calcified Lithothamnion tophiforme 475 mg
– Equivalent to calcium 150 mg
– Equivalent to magnesium 11 mg
Brassica juncea (mustard green) leaf 12.5 mg
Brassica rapa (turnip green) leaf 12.5 mg
Brassica oleracea var gemmifera (brussel sprout) leaf 12.5 mg
Naturally derived excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, clear nature caps (PI 12065).
