Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Use as directed by your dental or oral health professional. Slide the floss into the gaps between your teeth using a gentle sawing motion until you reach the gumline.
Carefully guide the floss up and down against the tooth surface on both sides of the gum “triangle” until you feel a slight resistance from the gum. Rinse as necessary.
