700 Watt Microwave: Heat on High for 2 minutes

1000 Watt Microwave: Heat on High for 1 minute 30 Seconds.

This is a guide only, heating time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave.

• Ensure bag does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable
• After removal of bag, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat. Test on forearm before using on other parts of body
• Dont use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding
• Do not use in conventional oven
• Do not ingest contents.
• Apply pack directly to the body Do not wrap up
• Heat tolerances vary.
