Epsom Salts is long known as a natural remedy for a number of ailments. Named after a saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, they are a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate.
Epsom Salts provides temporary relief of muscular aches and stiffness of joints. They can also be taken orally as a laxative. Epsom salts can also be used in the garden to help improve flower blooming and enhance the green colour of plants.

Directions for Use
1. Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
2. As a laxative:Dissolve 5 to 15g (15g = 2 level teaspoons) in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water, preferably before breakfast.
