Each capsule contains:Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract dry conc. 300 mg  from dry root 3 g, Schisandra chinensis fruit extract dry conc. 150 mg from dry fruit 1.5 g, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed extract dry conc. 100 mg   from dry seed 1 g, Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 15 mg, Calcium pantothenate 20 mg   equiv. pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 18.3 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg   equiv. pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 41.1 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5 micrograms

No added wheat, sulfites, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soya bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial flavours or preservatives. Contains sorbitol.
