Adults: After brushing teeth, rinse mouth thoroughly with 1 sachet (11 mL) mouthwash for 30 seconds.

Free from fluoride, alcohol, aluminium, added sugar, animal products, lactose, parabens, sulphites,
titanium dioxide or peroxide.
