Hydralyte Sports Lemon Lime Flavoured Effervescent Electrolyte helps restore body electrolytes, relieves muscle cramps & symptoms of dehydration and helps enhance exercise performance. High in electrolytes and low in sugar.

Directions For use

13 years to adult: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200mL fresh water. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Before use always read the label and follow all manufacturers instructions and directions. 

Contains 117.6 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. Contains 348.4 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 3.1 g (<60kg) or 5.2 g (>60kg). If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Contains: Glucose, sucralose. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Do not ingest the cap. Keep out of reach of children.
