Birth – 1 month: 0.25-0.5mL
1-3 months: 0.5-1mL
3-6 months: 1-1.5mL
6-12 months: 1.5-2.5mL
12 months+: 2.5-4mL
To be taken with feeds up to 6 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
