Relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating and occasional hangovers.

Symptoms of mild to moderate dehydration include: increased thirst, dry mouth, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.

Directions for Use

1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water.
2. Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
3. Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately.
4. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
5. Discard any unused solution. 1 sachet = 200mL

Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea:

• Under 12 months: In the first 6 hours mix and give 1-2 sachets. Up to 5 sachets daily
• 1-3 years:In the first 6 hours mix and give 2-3 sachets. Up to 7 sachets daily
• 3-6 years: In the first 6 hours mix and give 3-4 sachets. Up to 10 sachets daily
• 6-12years: In the first 6 hours mix and give 4-7 sachets. Up to 13 sachets daily
• 12- Adults: In the first 6 hours mix and take 7-10 sachets. Up to 20 sachets daily

For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than: - 6 hours in infants under 6 months - 12 hours in children under 3 years - 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years - 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults Contains 159mg of potassium per 200mL dose. Contains 205mg of sodium per 200mL dose. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.1g. Contains: Sugars, sucralose.
