700 Watt Microwave: Heat on High for 2 minutes
1000 Watt Microwave: Heat on High for 1 minute 30 Seconds.
This is a guide only, heating time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave.
- Ensure bag does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable
- After removal of bag, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat. Test on forearm before using on other parts of body
- Dont use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding
- Do not use in conventional oven
- Do not ingest contents.

Warnings
- Care must be taken at all times not to overheat the bag
