This is frist time I have tried Gold Cross Senegal & Ammonia cough syrup I found it did a y job in breaking up my chesty cough so I would recommend it

Gold Cross Senega & Ammonia is for the treatment of coughs that reside in the chest, to allevaite a tight chest feeling and congested breathless symptoms with mucus or phlegm associated with congestion in the chest.

Directions for Use
Adults & Children over 12 years: 10-20mL every Four Hours as required
Children 6-11 years: 5mL every Four Hours as required only on advice of a Doctor
