APOHealth Laxative With Softener is a dual-action formula for the relief of constipation. It combines a stool softener with a stimulant laxative to help soften stools and promote bowel movements.

Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 tablets at night with water. If required, the dose may be increased up to 4 tablets. Increase fibre in the diet, except in cases of medication-induced constipation, and drink plenty of water.
Warnings

Do not use if abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin unless advised by a doctor. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems. Consult your doctor if constipation persists. Contains sodium benzoate.
