Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
When travelling: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably commencing 2–3 days before travelling.
During antibiotic use: Take 1 capsule daily at least 2 hours apart from antibiotics, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Do not use if abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults.
