Directions for Use
Adults: For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily.
At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
Warnings
Always read and follow the directions for use. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains phenylalanine and sulfites. No added artificial flavours, colours, dairy or soy. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C.

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 1000mg equiv. to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 826mg, Hesperidin 25mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 50mg, Citrus bioflavonoids extract 100mg.
