The maximum recommended daily dose of the medicine must not exceed 500 mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide. The recommended duration of use for a medicine containing nicotinamide mononucleotide must be 12 weeks or less. Vitamins and nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6).
