Directions for Use

For Heat : Microwave gel pack for up to 45 seconds in a standard 800 watt microwave. Once the desired temperature is achieve wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to the affected area of the body. Do not overheat. Heating times may vary with the wattage of your microwave

For Cold : Freeze Gel pack for 30-120 minutes. Wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to the affected area of the body
