Compeed Blister is a highly advanced, instant treatment for blisters. It acts like a second layer of skin to help prevent new blisters forming while soothing and healing those that already exist.
Compeed Blister repels water, dirt and bacteria and can stay firmly in place for up to 3 days. The Hydrocolloid particles in Compeed Blister absorb wound fluid, creating a gel that protects the wound by sealing in moisture and preventing scab formation. This creates the optimal wound healing environment, speeding up the healing process.
Directions for Use
If a blister forms, applying a COMPEED Plaster can help prevent further progression of the blister as the cushioning layer forms a barrier against friction. The patch should not be removed too soon, wait until it starts to lift at the edges and then it can gently and easily be peeled off in the bath or shower. Do not deliberately burst the blister but if it does open clean it with mild soapy water, soak it in a salt water footbath for 10 minutes and cover with a protective Compeed Plaster.
