Directions for Use
Adults and Children 6 years and over: 1-3 sprays per nostril every 10-12 hours as necessary. Maximum 2 doses per day.
Do nt use for more than 3 consectutive days

Don not use in children under 6 years or if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients
