Directions for Use

1. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if possible.
2. Place the GelActiv insoles inside your shoes to check sizing, then trim along the marked guidelines to achieve a proper fit if required.
3. Insert the insoles with the fabric side facing up and the gel side down. Ensure they sit flat and securely inside the shoe.
4. Replace the insoles approximately every six months or earlier if signs of wear appear.
5. To clean, wipe gently with a warm soapy cloth and allow to air dry.
