Directions for Use

1. Remove existing insoles from shoes if possible.
2. Place the Gel Sport Activ insoles into your shoes to check sizing.
3. Trim along the marked guidelines if required for the perfect fit.
4. Insert insoles gel-side down with the fabric side facing upward.
5. To clean, wipe with a warm soapy cloth. Do not soak.
6. Replace insoles when signs of wear appear or approximately every six months with regular use.
