Ensure the feet are clean before use, either dry or slightly damp. Gently rub the nano glass surface over areas of hard or callused skin using light, even pressure, moving in a back‑and‑forth or circular motion until the desired level of smoothness is achieved. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent irritation. After use, rinse the foot file with warm water and allow it to air dry. For best results, follow with a moisturising foot cream to maintain softness.
