Taurine 1 g, Potassium aspartate 386.5 mg equiv. Potassium 80 mg

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Naturally sweetened with stevia. Contains sulfites, phenylalanine and Potassium (80 mg/5 g).

    I love this product.. I get really bad restless legs and cramping and this stops that.
