Directions for Use
Adults: To support immune system health: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with meals.
To relieve symptoms of common colds and flu: May increase dose to 1 to 2 capsules three time daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.

Each capsule contains: Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit extract dry conc. 80 mg equiv. to fresh fruit 4 g (4000 mg)
standardised to contain anthocyanins 4.8 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa root extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. to dry root 1.5 g
Astragalus membranaceus root extract dry conc. 100 mg equiv. to dry root 1 g (1000 mg), Zinc gluconate 34.8 mg
equiv. zinc 5 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg
No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
