Directions for Use
Adults: Dissolve the contents of one sachet (2.2 g) in 200 mL of water. Take once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Consume immediately after mixing. Some settling of the powder may occur.
Warnings

For adult use only. Do not take on the same day as other products containing 2'-fucosyllactose.
Do not use if abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
