Two weeks on these shakes making a Hugh difference to my life, two meal replacements daily having my main meal at lunchtime. I never feel hungry, full of energy, my exercise capabilities has double in these two weeks. Flavour not bad, adding frozen mango and ice makes this shake a real treat. Loving it!!
