Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Apply approximately 1/2 teaspoon (about 2.5g) to the affected area 2–4 times daily as needed. Massage gently into the skin until absorbed. Wash hands immediately after use.
Warnings

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if irritation develops
Contains methyl salicylate. Do not use during pregnancy or if likely to become pregnant.
Not recommended while breastfeeding. Do not use in children aged 6 years or under.
