This advanced ovulation test also offers more opportunities to get pregnant than traditional methods. Unlike basal body temperature (BBT) charting, which only confirms ovulation after it's occurred, Clearblue detects the rise in luteinising hormone (LH) before ovulation, helping you identify fertile days in advance. The Clearblue ovulation detection kit also detects increases in estrogen that happen before the LH surge, giving you earlier notice of your fertile window. As sperm can survive in your body for up to 5 days, having intercourse during these high and peak fertility days maximises your chances of conception.

The simple digital display on the Clear Blue ovulation machine shows a smiley face when it identifies your most fertile days, providing unambiguous results. Tested to be over 99% accurate at detecting the LH surge, this ovulation test offers reliable support when trying for pregnancy.

Directions for use

1. Take a test stick out of its foil wrapper, remove the cap, and insert it into the holder, aligning the purple arrows.
2. The holder will flash the "new cycle" symbols, and then the "test ready" symbol will appear. Do the test immediately.
3. Point the absorbent tip downwards into your urine stream for exactly 3 seconds. Do not get the holder wet.
4.  Keep the absorbent tip pointing down or lay the test flat. Do not hold the test with the absorbent tip pointing upwards during or after testing
5. The "test ready" symbol will flash within one minute, showing the test is working.
6. After 5 minutes, the result will appear on the display
