Directions for Use

1. Before testing, wait 20minutes after your last drink and 5 minutes after your last cigarette
2. Firmly press the white caps at both ends of the tube inward to break the security foil seal
3. Blow for 10 seconds twice into the side where the arrows are located
4. Compare the colour of the crystals to the colour chart after 4 minutes
