It produces fruit (berries) that are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to maintain the health of the prostate in men, support urogenital health, and as an aphrodisiac to enhance a healthy libido. Caruso’s Saw Palmetto 3500 contains an extract of the fruit which has been standardised for its fatty acid content.
