The daytime capsules help relieve symptoms such as headache, fever, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sore throat and dry cough, without causing drowsiness so you can continue with your daily activities. The nighttime capsules include ingredients to help dry a runny nose and calm coughing, while also supporting a more restful sleep.

Directions For Use

Adults and children 12 years & over: 

Day capsules: Take 2 green capsules every 4-6 hours, when required up to 3 times daily. A maximum of six day capsules in 24 hours.

Night capsules: Take 2 red and white capsules  at bedtime. A maximum of 2 two night capsules in 24 hours. 

Warnings

Always read and follow the directions for use 

Do not use this product:

• in children under 12 years
• If you are have taken other medicines containing Paracetamol, Dextromethorphan or Phenlyephrine unless advised to do so by a doctor of pharmacist.
• for longer than a few days at a time unless advised by a doctor in adults. 
• for longer than 48 hours at a time unless advised by a doctor in adolecents 12years and over

Ask you doctor or pharmacist before use:

• If you have high blood pressure
• If you are taking antidepressants
• If you have heart problems
• If you are pregnanct or likely to become pregnant

Night Capsules may cause drowsiness if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid Alcohol

Ingredients

Each Day capsule contains paracetamol 500 mg, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg.

Each Night capsule contains Paracetamol 500 mg, Dextropmethorphan hydrobromide 10 mg, Chlorphenamine maleate 2 mg.
