Levomefolate calcium 217 micrograms Equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-Methlytetrahydrofolate) 200 micrograms, Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 micrograms, Potassium iodide 98 micrograms Equiv. iodine 75 micrograms,Chromic chloride hexahydrate 64 micrograms Equiv. Chromium 12.5 micrograms
