Fess Original Nasal Saline Spray is a non-medicated saline nasal spray for the relief of nasal congestion due to sinusitis, hayfever & allergies, cold & flu.

Your nose has a self-clearing system that can remove allergens, dust, pollen, and other pollutants from your nasal passage. When there is excess mucus and congestion this self-clearing system may not function at its best. Using FESS daily can help restore and optimise this sel-clearing system. 

Use FESS Original Nasal Saline Spray before your medicated nasal spray to clear excess mucus and aid effective penetration of the medicine.

Directions for Use

1.  Direct the nozzle into your right nostril.
2. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear. 
3. Fully depress the pump. 4. Repeat in the left nostril.

Adults: 2-6 sprays per nostril.

Children: 2 to 3 sprays per nostril or use Fess Children's.

Babies - use Fess Little Noses
