Lacto-Free allows you to enjoy dairy products without the symptoms such as bloating, cramps, excess gas and diarrhoea.
Lacto-Free has been specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose.
Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. The body has insufficient levels of lactase, an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system and therefore cannot digest lactose completely or not at all.

Directions for Use
Adults & Children over 12 years: Swallow 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour.
