Directions for Use
- Gently pull off the sensor cover to remove it.
- Press and hold the [Power] button for 3 seconds.
All indicators appear on the display for 3 seconds.
When the surface temperature icon stays lit and “°C” (or “°F”) flashes, the device is ready for measurement.
- Move the device close to the object to be measured and press the [Measure] button. Recommended distance between the device and the object is 3 cm.
The measurement is completed in 1 second with a long beep.
- Check the measurement result.
After 1 second, "°C" (or "°F") flashes then the device is ready for the next measurement. To start a temperature measurement again immediately, repeat the steps from step 3.
- Press the [Power] button. The device turns off with a short beep.
- Put on the sensor cover after measuring to protect the sensor.
