Our Pharmacist will contact you within one business day after receiving your prescription and once your details are confirmed your order will be on its way.
After selecting your medications, send us your e-script token in one of the three ways listed below.
Each medication you're prescribed via E-Script will have a unique token: a string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS. Please do not provide a code from a paper script, as it cannot be dispensed.

Your script must be delivered to our Online Pharmacist in Randwick, NSW, before we can process and ship your order. Depending on your location, this may take 2-5 business days. Any remaining repeats will be returned to you in your order.
Yes, you can. Upon checking out, you can order medicine for family members by creating a patient profile.
You can create multiple patient profiles for friends and family.

We aim to ship your medicines within 1-2 business days. However, some things may delay your order:
After your order is reviewed and approved by our Pharmacist, it will be shipped to you through StarTrack.
All prescription medicine orders require a signature upon delivery to the address you provide, adding another layer of security to your medication order.
If you’re not home to sign for your order, it will be sent to your local post office for collection.
Please note, to ensure that medications don’t fall into the wrong hands, all prescription orders need to be signed for by the purchaser.
Due to the nature of the product, prescription medicine cannot be refunded if you change your mind.
