Directions for Use
Position the lumbar support: Place the bottom edge of the back piece directly over your coccyx (tailbone), with the tag on the inside facing up.
Wrap & secure: Wrap the support around your hips and secure it at the front.
Adjust the elastic straps: Lift the elastic side straps and move them towards the front of your body to increase compression. Lower them to secure in place.
