Slip end of support over the foot and position so that the heel protrudes through the hole at the back of the support.
Wash before wear. Recommend placing product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash in cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
