Directions For Use

Suitable for Adults & Children over 2 Years

For nasal congestion and coughs: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back. 

For Steam Inhalation: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding.

For muscular aches and pains: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Always read and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only

Do Not:

• Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. Apply close to eyes.
• Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin.
• Bandage tightly or use with heating pads.
• Use if allergic to any of the ingredients

When using for steam inhalation, do not:

• Use on children under 6 years of age.
• Leave children unsupervised. Heat in a microwave or reheat mixture.
• Add into the water that you are heating.

Consult a doctor if fever is present or symptoms persist.

If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately.

If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Keep clothing loose
