Nature’s Own Complete Sleep + Magnesium is a sleep supplement containing Lactium and Zizyphus, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and Magnesium to support muscle relaxation, when dietary intake of magnesium is inadequate. Lactium is a type of milk protein that relieves symptoms of stress often associated with sleeping difficulty.
