Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as prescribed by your health professional.
Warnings
Always read and follow the directions for use. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health professional as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains soya bean products, phenylalanine and sulfites.
Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.

Each film coated tablet contains: Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide 440 mg) 264mg, Magnesium (as dibasic magnesium phosphate trihydrate 262.2 mg) 36.1mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 50 mg equiv. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 41.32mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 66.9 mg equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 55mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5 micrograms, Manganese (as Manganese amino acid chelate 40 mg) 4mg.
Contains soya bean products, phenylalanine and sulfites.
